Using the 360° Assessment

Using the 360° Assessment

Info
This article is intended for instructors

Notes
This article is for Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing simulations.

You can use this evaluation to assess three types of feedback from the participant:

    • Self-evaluation
    • Company evaluation
    • Evaluation of the company members

To do so, you will need to set up a 360° Assessment for each year you would like to assess. For example, if you would like the students to complete a 360° Assessment for years 2 and 6, you will need to create two separate 360° Assessments. You can title them “Year 2” and “Year 6” to make it easier for students to find and complete the appropriate evaluation. You can also set up a unique 360° Assessment to evaluate the simulation from the beginning to the end.

To create a 360° Assessment, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to www.praxar.com, go to Groups and ''Access'' the corresponding group's dashboard.
  2. In the group's dashboard, select the Evaluations tab.
  3. In the 360° Assessments section, click on the “Add New 360° Assessment'' button. A new pop-up window will open.
  4. Give the evaluation a unique title, select the types of feedback you want to assess, and then enter the date of availability on the student portal as well as a deadline for completion.

  5. Click on the ''Add'' button to create the 360° Assessment.

Notes
The list of all the 360-Degree Evaluations to be completed will appear in the Evaluations panel on the student portal.

There are three ways to access the results of your 360° Assessment:
  1. Using the Reports tool to create a custom report - How to use the Reports tool
  2. Using the Grading report to generate a custom report - How to use the Grading report
  3. In the section 360° Assessments of the Evaluations tab, move your mouse to the right of the corresponding row, click on the ellipsis (...) to display the menu and select the option ''Download''.
