Prepare Before You Begin

Before diving into the checklist, make sure you have:

  • Course schedule and simulation timeline: Confirm your start date, number of rounds, and major deadlines.

  • Evaluation plan: Decide how you’ll assess group performance, individual contributions, and understanding of business concepts.

  • Portal access: Ensure you’re familiar with the Praxar Instructor Portal, where all materials and settings are managed.

How to Use the Checklist

  • Bookmark it for easy reference during setup.

  • Use the instructional videos to walk through tasks quickly.

  • Look for blue highlights; these indicate mandatory tasks that must be completed for the simulation to run smoothly.

Sharing Materials with Students

You’ll find the student intro material under the Documents tab of your Instructor Portal.

Idea
Pro Tip: Always share the document links instead of downloading and re-uploading them into your LMS. This ensures students always see the most up-to-date version of each resource.
