How to answer the 360-Degree Evaluation Questions

The 360° evaluation is composed of 3 sections
  1. The evaluation of your team: 5 questions that affect the evaluation of your teamwork.

  2. The evaluation of your team members: 8 questions that affect the evaluation of the work of each member of your team.

  3. Self-assessment: As with your team members, you have 8 questions that affect your work in the team.

 

For each question, you have 5 choices of answers.

Low 1 point - Average 2 points - Good 3 points - Very good 4 points - Excellent 5 points

The 360° evaluation is available in the Evaluation section of your portal.
