Removing a student who has withdrawn from the class

When a student withdraws from the class, you can remove them from the simulation. To do so, contact Praxar customer service using the “Help” button at the bottom left corner of the page. You can also reach us at the following email address:
service@praxar.com
To speed up the process, make sure you provide all of the following information:
- The student’s full name
- The name of the student’s current group
- Reason for leaving the class
Refund policy - Payment made online
We normally reimburse students if they withdraw from the class before your institution’s deadline for dropping courses. We may need to contact you to confirm the date of the deadline. After this date, we will only make refunds under exceptional circumstances. Refunds are made directly to the student's payment method they used.
