Re-using an old questionnaire

Info
This article is intended for instructors.

Notes
This article is for Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing simulations

It is important to understand that when you re-use a question or a whole questionnaire, each of the selected questions will be copied into the new questionnaire. Thus, when you edit a question in one questionnaire, it will have no effect on any other questionnaire.

Follow these steps to re-use an old questionnaire:

  1. Log in to www.praxar.com and go to the appropriate simulation.
  2. In the “Evaluation” panel, click on “Access.”
  3. In the “Questionnaire” panel, click on “Create a new questionnaire.”
  4. In the pop-up window, enter a name for the questionnaire and click “Add.”
  5. In the column on the left, select “Your existing questionnaires.” The bank of your old questions will open.
  6. Select the questions you want to use by checking the box to the left of the question. If you want to use the whole questionnaire, click on “Select all.”
  7. Click on “Import.”
  8. When all the questions you want to use have been imported, click on “Close” (top right) to return to the questionnaire list page.

Idea
Use the same procedure to create a questionnaire identical to one you used for another group.
