Re-using an old questionnaire
This article is intended for instructors.
This article is for Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing simulations
It is important to understand that when you re-use a question or a whole questionnaire, each of the selected questions will be copied into the new questionnaire. Thus, when you edit a question in one questionnaire, it will have no effect on any other questionnaire.
Follow these steps to re-use an old questionnaire:
- Log in to www.praxar.com and go to the appropriate simulation.
- In the “Evaluation” panel, click on “Access.”
- In the “Questionnaire” panel, click on “Create a new questionnaire.”
- In the pop-up window, enter a name for the questionnaire and click “Add.”
- In the column on the left, select “Your existing questionnaires.” The bank of your old questions will open.
- Select the questions you want to use by checking the box to the left of the question. If you want to use the whole questionnaire, click on “Select all.”
- Click on “Import.”
- When all the questions you want to use have been imported, click on “Close” (top right) to return to the questionnaire list page.
Use the same procedure to create a questionnaire identical to one you used for another group.
