Re-using a questionnaire for another group
This article is intended for instructors.
This article is for Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing simulations.
The following example illustrates how to use the same questionnaire for more than one group.
Suppose you have two groups, “Group A” and “Group B.”
Follow these steps to use the same questionnaire for both groups:
- Go to your instructor profile for the simulation for Group A on the website at www.praxar.com
- Create a questionnaire for Group A. See Creating a new questionnaire for help.
- Then, enter the simulation for Group B.
- To use the same questionnaire you prepared for Group A, you first need to create and name a new questionnaire.
- When the questionnaire creation tool opens, click on “Your existing questionnaires.” You can then select all the questions from Group A’s questionnaire and import them into the new questionnaire for Group B. If you need help, see Re-using an old questionnaire
It is important to understand that when you re-use an old questionnaire, it will be copied into the new questionnaire. Thus, any changes you make to the questions in Group A’s questionnaire will have no effect on Group B’s questionnaire and vice versa.
The section called “Your existing questionnaires” also contains the questionnaires created by all the instructors who currently teach at the same institution or who have previously taught there.
