My activation code doesn’t work. What should I do?

This article is intended for students.

Each activation code can be used only once. Keep your activation code card in a safe place and do not share it with anyone. Once your simulation is activated, you will not need the activation code anymore.

In Step 3 of the registration process, you are asked to pay for the simulation.

You will need your activation code. If your instructor has chosen to use a book published by ERPI for your course, you will find the activation code on a card included with the book. 

There are several different codes for Praxar's simulations.

The format is always one of those :

act-xxx-xxxx

sim-xxx-xxxx

Note that myLab access codes will not work as activation codes for our software.

If you don’t have a valid prepaid card with an activation code, you can pay online.
