Moving a student to another group or class

When a student moves to another class, you can reassign them to the appropriate group. To do so, contact Praxar customer service using the “Help” button at the bottom left corner of the page.  You can also reach us at the following email address:

 service@praxar.com

 To speed up the process, make sure you provide all of the following information:

  • The student’s full name

  • The name of the student’s current group

  • The name of the student’s new group
