As the teams progress through the simulation, you can monitor whether they are making consistent decisions.
Follow these steps to monitor the progress of the teams:
- Log in to www.praxar.com and go to the appropriate simulation.
- In the “Simulation” panel, click on “Access.”
- In the “Team Performance” section, click on the arrow to the far right of the team’s name to open the drop-down list.
- Select “Diagnosis and consistency” from the list. The report presents the team’s good decisions and those that should be modified.
- Depending on the results of this assessment, you can give advice to those teams that need it.
The decisions are compared to the products and their positioning to determine whether they are consistent.
