Depending on the year, you may not be able to invest in new roto-moulding ovens. It depends on the instructions and goals set out by the Chair of the Board.  

For example, when an economic downturn is projected, the Board will not allow new ovens to be purchased. On the other hand, you will still be able to invest in other areas to increase productivity or in promotional efforts to compensate for weak economic growth.
