The new Praxar interface was inspired by the very best in website design. Here are the main features of the Virtual Office and how to use them.




 

  1. Preparation: This section lets you monitor your students’ progress and results as they complete the tutorials during the preparation phase. For more information, see Preparation Phase

  2. Simulation: This section provides access to information to help you track your group during the simulation phase. For more information, see The Simulation Phase

  3. Evaluation: This section presents all the evaluation tools, namely the Logbook, the 360-Degree Evaluation and the Questionnaire. For more information, see The Evaluation Phase

  4. My Calendar: Plan your course by entering important events and deadlines on the calendar. If necessary, you can modify or cancel events at a later time. For more information, see The Calendar

  5. Mail: You can issue Alerts to the entire class and send Messages to individual students. For more information, see Communicate with your students

  6. Menu: Using the menu, you can return to your account, change your language settings or simply log out.

  7. Virtual Office: Regardless of which page you are on, you can automatically return to this page by clicking on “Virtual Office.”
