How to use the AI Dashboard (Students)

Info
This article is intended for participants.

At the end of each round, your results are turned into a written analysis called the Dashboard. Instead of reading raw numbers, you get a short report that explains what happened in your company during the year: what drove the results, what is working, and what deserves your attention before the next decisions.

The dashboard is generated automatically once the results of a round are published.

Where to find it

When a new dashboard becomes available, a banner appears at the top of your portal announcing that it is ready, with a View My Dashboard button.

You can dismiss the banner if it is in your way. The dashboard itself stays accessible: a View My Dashboard button remains available on the page at all times. The banner comes back every year, as soon as a new dashboard that you have not opened yet becomes available.

While your dashboard is being prepared

The analysis is not produced instantly. Right after the results are published, the banner shows a Preparing your dashboard... message, and you are notified once it is ready. Preparation can take a certain amount of time, so if the dashboard is not there yet, come back to it a few moments later.

What you will find inside

The dashboard opens on a Performance Overview. It starts with a short summary of the round, followed by a series of detailed sections covering the key points of the simulation for your company.

Each point is written as a diagnosis in plain language, explaining what the numbers mean and why they moved in that direction.

The three levels of attention

Every point is tagged with a level, so you can see at a glance where to focus:

  • To be corrected: something is going wrong and should be addressed in your next decisions.
  • To be checked: nothing is broken, but the situation deserves a closer look before it becomes a problem.
  • To be maintained: this is working well, and your current approach is worth keeping.

The Summary panel on the right lists all the points of the round with their level. Selecting one takes you directly to the corresponding section of the report.

Previous years

A year selector is available at the top right of the dashboard. Once several rounds have been simulated, you can switch between them to reread the analysis of a previous year and follow how your company evolved from one round to the next.

The AI-generated content badge next to the title is a reminder that the analysis is produced automatically from your results. Use it as a reading grid and a starting point for discussion within your team, not as a verdict.

Notes
Note: the dashboard exists in one language only.

The language of the dashboard is set for the whole group when the simulation is deployed, and only that version is generated. If your portal is set to a different language, a message tells you that the dashboard is available in its original language only. The content itself remains complete and readable.

Warning
Dashboards are displayed on screen only. There is no export or download available.
