Once the results of a round are published, they are turned into a written analysis called the Dashboard. Instead of going through raw numbers company by company, you get a synthesis of how your group performed during the year: what drove the results, what is working, and what deserves attention.

The dashboard is generated automatically for every completed round, and it gives you a text you can bring to the class to open a discussion on what went well and what could be improved.

Where to find it

Your group dashboard is available in two places.

From the Summary tab of the selected group, a banner announces that the performance dashboard of the year is ready, with an Open button.

It is also available from the Results & Analysis tab, in the Performance section, through a Dashboard link next to the year selector.

Warning
Note that this group dashboard exists for team simulations only. In solo mode, participants still get their own dashboard, but no group synthesis is generated on the instructor side.

While the dashboard is being prepared

The analysis is not produced instantly. Right after the results are published, the Summary tab shows a Preparing your dashboard... message, and you are notified once it is ready. Preparation can take a certain amount of time, so if the dashboard is not there yet, come back to it a few moments later.

What you will find inside

The dashboard opens on a summary of the year, a short text that puts the performance of the group in context.

Next to it, a list of highlights points to the elements that stood out during the round. Each highlight is classified by level of attention, so you can see at a glance what needs to be corrected, what should be checked, and what is going well. Selecting a highlight opens the detailed analysis behind it.

A year selector at the top right lets you switch between the rounds that have been simulated, so you can go back to an earlier dashboard at any time and follow how the group evolved from one year to the next.;

NotesNote: Dashboards are displayed on screen only. There are no export options.

What your participants see

Participants have their own dashboard, built the same way but focused on their own company rather than on the group.

On their side, the dashboard is hard to miss. A banner at the top of the portal announces that it is ready, with a View My Dashboard button. Participants can dismiss the banner, but a button to open the dashboard stays visible on the page at all times, and the banner comes back every year as soon as a new dashboard becomes available. In other words, you can count on your participants seeing that their dashboard is waiting for them.

Their dashboard follows the same logic as yours: a short overview of the round, then the key points of the simulation for their company, grouped by level of attention. This means you and your participants are working from the same reading of the results when you discuss them in class.

Warning
The dashboard is generated in a single language, chosen when the group is deployed. Participants whose portal is set to another language will still see the dashboard in its original language. If the language of your group needs to be changed, contact us before the simulation starts.
