How to pay online?

1. Log in to your account at www.praxar.com.
2. Click on “Activate.”
3. A new window will open. Select the option “I want to make an online payment.”

4. Fill in the entire form.
5. Click on “Process payment.”

If for any reason the payment is not accepted, an error message will appear at the bottom of the form. Here are your options:
1. Make sure that the information provided on the form is the same as on your credit card statement. Praxar accepts most credit and online capable debit cards.
Note that we don't accept Interac Debit payments.
2. If the problem persists, contact the Praxar team (service@praxar.com) to obtain temporary access.
3. If possible, ask a relative with a credit card to make the payment for you.
4. Another option is to use a prepaid credit card. These cards can be purchased and refilled with $50 to $100, depending on your needs, and can be used for other purchases. The fees for these cards are very low, almost always significantly less than the fees for bank credit cards. For more information about prepaid credit cards, click here: Mastercard or Visa
5. If all the information on the form is identical to the information on your credit card statement, we advise that you get in touch with your credit card company or your bank to see if there is a problem.
