How is the Quality forecast of a kayak determined?

This article applies to both Kayak Standard and Kayak Plus versions.

The overall score is an estimate of the overall quality of a kayak based on a customer survey. 

The customers responding to the survey indicated that the most important factors, in order of importance, are:

• The choice of materials and suppliers

• The characteristics of the kayak

• The quality of production (the quality of the workforce, training, support to production, maintenance, etc.)
