Financial Accounting: Using the Planner

To configure the Financial Accounting simulation, follow these simple steps:
  1. Log in to www.praxar.com, go to Groups and click ''Access'' on the corresponding group.
  2. Select the Planner tab, and start configuring.



In the section Calendar management, you can:
  1. Set a deadline to complete the simulation by locking access after a predefined date and time.
  2. Control the pace of the simulation by blocking access to each section until a predetermined moment. To do this, specify an Unlock date and time when the section will become available to students. 


Copy Configuration to others groups

Use this function to save time by copying your current planner settings to other groups with just one click. This feature allows you to quickly duplicate your configuration across multiple groups, ensuring consistency and reducing setup time:
  1. Click on the ''Copy Configuration'' button. A pop-up window will appear.
  2. Select one or more groups to copy this planner settings.
  3. Click on ''Confirm'' to complete the process.
