Cancellation and/or refund policy
This article is intended for students.
When registering for a Praxar account, you must accept our TERMS OF USE which contains our cancellation and refund policy.
As a participant, I am eligible for a refund only if I am in one of the following 4 situations:
- I purchased my licence less than 2 months ago, and have not used it.
- I have withdrawn from the course before the deadline, as confirmed by my instructor.
- I have already paid for this simulation in a previous term, so I am qualified for free access.
- I made a mistake when registering.
I am not eligible for a refund if I have used Praxar's services.
If I dispute the payment of my simulation with my bank, my access to the Praxar site will be automatically deactivated.
