Notes
This article is for Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing simulations.

On the instructor portal, you can schedule the events that will take place at various points during the simulation.

To add an event to the simulation calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to www.praxar.com and go to the appropriate simulation.
  2. Click on the “My Calendar” icon at the top right of your screen.
  3. The calendar page for the current month will open. You can move to the previous or following months using the arrows.
  4. Choose the date on which you want to schedule an event by clicking on the box for that date.
  5. In the pop-up window that opens, select the event you want to create from the drop-down list.
  6. Fill in the additional information.
  7. Save the event by clicking the “Save” button.

If the event information is not correct, instead of clicking “Save,” simply close the window with the details of the event without saving it.

You can also edit an existing event by clicking on it.
